CAM Survey Pro     Now, before new people arrive in your office for their first visit, you can have them complete an online, comprehensive intake/survey form.  The results are transmitted only to their sponsoring doctor, and as soon as they complete the intake/survey sections, they are able to view the data and data extrapolation reports, in the convenience of their own homes.  You may also include in the online content any additional documents you want them to read, print out and sign, or otherwise view.  This is all designed so that when they arrive at your office there is no need for them to sit around and complete paperwork.

The doctor (or doctor's office) is immediately notified every time a new intake/survey form is completed online.  The intake portion of the online reports may be printed at the doctor's office, reviewed, and included in a newly created file, right away -- all there for you upon your visit with the new person.  This diminishes waiting room crowds and lengths of time people have to sit in your waiting room before they see the doctor. 

Further, the other (than the intake) online reports are all immediately accessible to the doctor as well.  Because the online reports are filled with educational material, a number of questions are already handled for you, before that first interview.  The doctor  may also choose to print out one-to-all of the online informational, educational, data and data extrapolation reports.  There is also a Doctor's Summary Report that omits the text content and provides all of the data, line-by-line, for the doctor to review.
